That's not to say it is difficult to use but for inexperienced users it will take a while to sift through all of the data. We would like to see the interface updated. For the novice user, we feel the information would be quite overwhelming until you've used it for quite some time.

Keyword Excavator is a very detailed SEO Optimization Analyzer and should be purchased as such. If you are looking for a keyword analyzer then this is overkill but if you are looking for a keyword analyzer on steroids...this is it!

Customer Support :

Although we have not really had any issues, we are rating the customer support just a little above average based on the fact that Keyword Excavator does have a ticketing system and response in place. Please keep in mind this rating is just based on the knowledge that we do not have any other software by this company so we really have nothing to gauge their support service by. In other words....we haven't had any problems so we've never had to use their support/ticketing system.
