Let us first start by saying this keyword software is pretty cool. The whole concept behind PPC Web Spy is ease of use...everything can be done through the Google search page. While you perform a search on Google, the software runs in the background to discover Adwords keywords for each advertiser on the page. A simple concept with a huge impact on your keyword discovery and research. You can literally generate a list of thousands of keywords in less than a minute.
One of the best features that we enjoy most about PPC Web Spy is that allows you to view your competitors Ads for each keyword. You can see which ads are working for them for each specific keyword and then conveniently "borrow" their Ad copy for each keyword (we do not recommend that you use their eact ad but you can use a modified version). This takes the guess work out of not only finding the keywords but also creating highly relevent ad copy for each keyword...

PPC Web Spy - the Platinum paid version - does have another trick up it's sleeve...it can guarantee you 1st and 2nd bid placements on Google for virtually any keyword - it does this by adding affiliate linked products (your affiliate link) based on a user's search keyword to the top #1 and #2 positions...this is a cool idea and we have seen some activity from it however, this is not our main reason for liking this product - we are still testing the feasibility of this part. This is one of the easiest free keyword software programs we have ever used. You will have no trouble using it...no fancy manuals, no mind-boggling instructions and no programs to open. It works straight from within the Google search page...so all you need to do is enter a search term in Google and click the Google search button...and PPC Web Spy goes to work. It's That Easy!
One flaw here and it has nothing to do with the software itself...the only drawback is that PPC Web Spy is actually and application that works only with the Firefox browser. It will not work with Internet Explorer. We see nothing wrong with this however because most Internet marketers that will use this product are using Firefox already. If you are not is is a simple and fre download.
It is so simple to use...all you need to do is download application, install it (which Firefox does for you automatically), and search Google. Let PPC Web Spy do the rest. It's as easy
as 1-2-3...
Customer Support : 
Updates come to you via an email message and are downloaded automatically through the application. No software to save, delete or open. Everything here again happens through the Google search page automatically. We have not experienced any problems and have updated our software twice.
There is also a PPC Web Spy Forum which allows you to communicate with other users and share ideas. We have tried to contact Brad personally with a question about the software and did not receive a response but we did not go through the natural support channels. We own quite a few of Brad's products and have found the customer support to be of hight level and can only assume this product will be the same...however we have not had any issues with the PPC Web Spy software so we can't say from experience.
